All the incoming raw materials are inspected thoroughly for their quality, in order to ensure that they are suitable to be used in the product manufacturing. We undertake various test on the products that confirm their quality and reliability. These include: - Carbon Equivalent Test and Temperature Test through Ferro Lab
- Brinell Hardness Test

Our Setup
We are outfitted with latest technology, with an array of state-of-the-art machines that facilitate a smooth and speedy flow of output. Our production unit is spread over 25,000 sq. mt. replete with all the cutting edge facilities. With the help of these machines, we find ourselves having a significant edge over others operating in the similar arena. Some of these machines include CUPOLA along with Direct Charger, Pollution, Control Unit, etc., Rotary Sand Siever, Sand Muller with Areator, Pedestal Grinder, Shot Blasting Unit, Hand Squeeze Pin Lift Moulding Machines, Platform Weighting Machine, various sizes of Molding Boxes, Match Plates, Laddles etc. We undertake regular cleaning and upgradation of these machines to ensure that they are working in a proper condition. Our warehouse is yet another feature that gives us a scope to deliver products on time, by storing the bulk products in a relatively safe and durable manner, thereby giving us the prime opportunity to meet the ever growing demands of the market.
